The New SchoolHouse Education Systems (NSHES) Staff Training Program is directly geared to building team skills, knowledge and strategies for childhood education and development.

NSHES trainers are Master Trainers, registered with the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS). Training's are designed to meet childcare minimum standards and National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) guidelines for child development. It includes teaching staff member’s new skills, exposing them to unfamiliar ideas, giving them the chance to practice and get feedback on particular techniques or styles of working with children, families, colleagues, and administrators.
